Our Mission

Tru-Care Cleaning Services Ltd was founded in the year 2020. The owners Karen and Tanya are sisters who were apart of the cleaning industry for over 7 years. During this time they witnessed plenty wrong with the industry that they did not agree with. They made the ultimate decision to start their own venture and provide the quality that was lacking.

I know it sounds crazy but we love to clean! The number one reason, cleaning is therapeutic  - what is better then blasting your favorite music and getting down and dirty? and best of all when your finished you are left with a clean, inviting, atmosphere that leaves you calm and relaxed. We strive to bring this feeling to our clients homes. That is why we treat and clean our customers homes the way we would our own.

Over the years of being in the cleaning industry, we have learned tips, techniques and the ultimate training methods to achieve the perfect clean.

Damages? Unfortunately, this is an area that is unavoidable when it comes to cleaning. It is so easy to drop a fragile item while dusting, scuff a wall while vacuuming, or chemicals can even damage certain items. We have learned that overall it is how we handle these situations. We keep full records of every incident. Always notify the client as soon as possible, and offer options to remedy the situation.
