It's Simple - Because Quality is Necessary! We at Tru-care expect a certain level of care when we are paying customers and we have come to find that we do not ALWAYS receive that. We want to change that by always providing quality services as well as customer service.
We are a fully insured cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.
Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
Once a gift card has been received, it can be used at anytime. To use your gift card, just call or email Tru-Care Cleanings office to schedule your appointment. Please remember to inform our team that you have a gift card. Each gift card package comes with a personalized welcome to Tru-Care as well as instructions for how to redeem gift card.
We do not charge hourly. The downside of setting an hourly rate is that clients may begin to question our hours and suspect us purposefully taking to long. This could potentially ruin the relationship. To avoid any discrepancies we charge the same flat-rate each clean.
When we say "we truly care about your experience with us" we want to back that statement. Our employees are our second family however, we need to ensure that both client and employee are safe at all times. We ensure this by first and foremost making sure our company is 100% licensed, bonded, and insured. We hold our employees to the highest standards by seeing that they undergo all Tru-Care's quality training methods. All employees also undergo thorough criminal background checks. All work is closely monitored and all work completed is checked off on, allowing no room for error!
We Provide all equipment including cleaning products, rags, vacuums, and mops. Of course, if you have certain products you find work better in your home or that you just simply prefer we can include those as well.
We Have implemented new procedures for everyone's peace of mind.
We start each day with a simple health questionnaire as well as temp checks.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Masks, Gloves, Face Shields, Shoe Covers, Hand Sanitizer have been made mandatory.
We sanitize all equipment each day and in between appointments.
In order to social distance we ask that with each cleaning appointment
the client either leaves the premises during the cleaning time
or remains in a different area of the residence
for example an office, loft area or bedroom.
Tru-Care team members are all double vaccinated and
are able to provide proof of vaccinations upon request.
In addition to the above:
Tru-Care Cleaning Services will be conducting a health questionnaire before each cleaning appointment.
If you answer yes to any of the questions it will require a change to be made to your cleaning schedule.
